This policy explains what information ZimGrow collects when you use our website or our Android app, how we use it, and the choices you have. The app shows our website, so the same policy covers both.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us when you sign up: username, phone / WhatsApp number and password (stored encrypted).
- Order details: the services you buy, the business page links and information you give us so we can do the work, order status and history.
- Payment records: amounts, dates and payment references. We do not store your card or mobile money PIN.
- Support messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or support ticket.
- Technical data: login cookies that keep you signed in, and basic device and browser information used for security.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and deliver the services you order.
- To process payments and keep records of them.
- To contact you about your orders and answer support requests.
- To protect the service against fraud, spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the website and process payments (hosting, Paynow).
- Google reCAPTCHA, used on our sign-up and login forms to block bots. Google's privacy policy applies to that data.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
The Android app
The app needs internet access to show zimgrow.com and checks whether you are online so it can show a message when you are not. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files, except a file you choose yourself in an upload form on our website.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your personal information, except records we must keep by law or to prevent fraud (for example payment records).
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time: in the app open More → Delete my account, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.
Security
All connections to ZimGrow use HTTPS encryption. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
ZimGrow is a service for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
