Delete your ZimGrow account

For zimgrow.com and the ZimGrow Android app (developer: ZimGrow)

How to ask for deletion

1. In the ZimGrow app, tap More → Delete my account → Request deletion. Or use the button below.
2. Include your ZimGrow username and the WhatsApp number on your account, so we can find it.
3. We confirm by email or WhatsApp once your account has been deleted.

What we delete

• Your account: username, phone / WhatsApp number and password.
• Your order history and the business information you gave us.
• Your support conversations.

What we keep

We may keep payment records (amount, date, reference) where the law requires it or to prevent fraud. They are not used for anything else and are deleted when no longer needed.
